12-year-old Paul and Max are best friends living in a small mountain village. Paul has a hard time coping with his father’s disappearance, so, on the last day of school, the two boys take his notes and head into the wilderness to find a legendary cave hidden deep in the mountains. In order to locate the cave, the boys must decipher Thomas’s notes about an ancient local legend.
